How to Use Essential Oils:


Inhalation

  • Use a diffuser
  • Place 3-7 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, put your face over the water and a towel over your head to trap in the steam. Keep your eyes closed as you inhale through your nose.
  • Make a bottled spray or spritz with 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil and one ounce of water.

 

Topical

  • Drop it into a bath
  • Add a few drops of essential oils to your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or lotion.
  • Dilute essential oils with a carrier oil and apply the mixture to your skin.
